Returns/Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered but if something isn't right let us know. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We gladly accept returns in new, unused condition, or defective merchandise. We will issue a credit upon the receipt and inspection of the product less any original shipping and restocking fees if they apply. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all items returned for reasons other than shipping damage or manufacturers defects. Credit will not be issued if an item comes back in used or damaged condition other then shipping damage or manufacturers defects. PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
